They provide the phone service and they are the ones to ensure they are used properly, right?No?The telephone company doesn't care if their service is used by scammers and annoying callers?They provide a Caller ID so we can decide if we want to accept the call? Fantastic! My phone has numerous single rings daily as Nomorobo kills them. Suggestion: During the next election cycle can we block the surveys, get out the vote and money requests?
