" Rachael from credit card services" was the BAIN of my life for years. I no longer hear from her! After returning from several years in Europe, I found that I received 4-6 of these calls PER DAY!!! Congratulations Nomorobo, you are successfully doing what the Government (FCC) has refused to do! We are paying a small fortune to the telephone carriers to provide a service and they thank us by allowing others to pester us using the same service we pay for.
