Just last week, 8,276 people got Nomorobo protection!
One ringy-dingy and "Zap!" The robocalls disappear! And this was during election season. Love it!
— Steve W, Nov 29th, 10:29amI've been signed up with Nomorobo since March of 2013. Without ANY doubt, Nomorobo is the BEST thing to happen to our phone system in a long, long time. It just baffled me for DECADES how unsolicited, scam phone calls were (and still are) allowed by the FCC. The Do Not Call Registry is a joke, nothing more than a political token gesture, in my opinion. I see absolutely ZERO enforcement of that registry. On top of that, the latest scam of caller ID spoofing is another atrocity that I simply cannot believed is possible. How can phone companies, and/or the FCC, allow spoofing? Anyway, I was always looking for a way to stop these annoying calls, and never came up with any working solution until Nomorobo came along. Thank you so VERY, VERY much. The ONLY improvement to Nomorobo that I'll mention, and don't get me wrong, I'll continue to take/love Nomorobo just the way it is since this improvement may not be possible, would be if my phone didn't ring at all from the robocalls. As a side note; I am such a strong supporter of this type of home privacy protection that I would like to VOLUNTEER to help Nomorobo in some way. If there is something I can do to support and/or help Nomorobo, please contact me (I did send an email to this effect earlier this year, but never received any response). KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, AND THANKS AGAIN.
— Steve B, Nov 29th, 10:29amI definitely stops 90% of robo calls BUT some still get through......but scammers have a way of doing that. I love what doesn't get through.
— Carolyn, Nov 29th, 11:25amwondeful
— Kingsley, Nov 29th, 11:39amI think it's GREAT! I almost got rid of my landline because of the annoying calls, thanks to nomorerobo calls I've decided to keep it. Can't wait until we have this for our cell phones and also when we can block the political calls.
— Kelly D, Nov 29th, 11:45amIt has a been a "peace-saving" tool around the house. Can we expect, in the future, not to have the phone ring at all, or the phone number on our TV screen show. That would make things even better. Those robo callers are like the enemy, they keep trying "trick" us into getting up and answering their calls. We must stay one step ahead of them.
— Don, Nov 29th, 12:08pmGreat love it. But you need to allow calls from the UK through without challenge. We do not get robot calls from the UK only family calls UK calls are. 011 44 1234 123456. What can you do to help. The human callers cannot respond to the robo challenge as the UK phone buttons do not send out a signal that works on the USA phone system. I sent this note to you a couple of months ago and received no response. Please reply and let me know what you can do.
— Peter H, Nov 29th, 12:26pmNomorobo is fantastic! We call it our "bug call zapper" because often the phone will ring and then go dead, another robocall zapped. Still we can see the call on the TV screen so we know the number calling. On some calls, they come like clock work every day at the same time, and zap. Eventually they will stop as Nomorobo deals with them. It has stopped at least 80%, maybe more, of the annoying calls. We are extremely pleased and relieved that we are not constantly harassed by these calls. We recommend it all the time with lots of thank yous following.....
