It works as described and eliminates robo calls but not not necessary automated calls like some appointment reminders and alerts from my town.

This service has been a godsend since I signed up last February. I had been getting up to 8 robocalls a day and it is now obvious that most of them who had been trying to get thru using multiple numbers, different caller ID's, and sequential calls have given up. Congratulations Nomorobo, you are successfully doing what the Government (FCC) has refused to do! We are paying a small fortune to the telephone carriers to provide a service and they thank us by allowing others to pester us using the same service we pay for. I have had at least 500 calls blocked by Nomorobo at my home during the past year - it is terrifying.
