Just last week, 8,279 people got Nomorobo protection!
Fantastic! That single ring, while it initially makes you pay attention, its so nice to just have silence after that. I've recommended nomorobo to several friends, but they all have a phone service that doesn't use it.
— Dave P, Nov 29th, 9:22amI was a happy subscriber, but was very annoyed when I started missing calls from friends - they called, I heard 1 ring, and they got disconnected as I picked up. I did not realize that this was happening because of NOMOROBO, the the ISP techs (Time Warner RR) were here twice and it took them a few weeks to realize that it was the doing of NOMOROBO, I lost many calls, including bi\usiness calls during those at least 4 weeks, until I disconnected from your service. You should explain that this can happen, or better - fix this VERY annoying and serious problem with your otherwise welcome service.I might join and recommend you if you do that.
— Eldad, Nov 29th, 9:34amLove it. Has madeA huge difference Thank you!
— Eva, Nov 29th, 10:23amExcellent Idea and it works!
— Anonymous, Nov 29th, 10:59amFinally a tool that that is more persistent than telemarketers! Thank you Nomorobo! The only thing that could improve it would be if it hung up on the calls before the phone even rang!
— Beth C, Nov 29th, 11:05amI loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". I would appreciate your comments
— George M, Nov 29th, 11:58amThank you, thank you! And you even block a lot of the political garbage. Fantabulous!
— Anonymous, Nov 29th, 11:59amI love to hear those one ring calls stop dead in their tracks because you know its not someone you want to even be distracted by waiting for it to go to voice mail.Would be great if you could expand free service to other classes of calls no one wants: unidentified caller out of areaprivate caller blocked call specific number lists
