This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

I've already recommended this to friends. It's a great service that is effective 98% of the time. The political campaign calls always sneak through, of course. But we're highly pleased with the service. It's nice to hear calls from telemarketers ring only ONCE.

When the phone rings just once, I can only smile, because I know another robocall has been blocked. In fact a robocall was just blocked as I write this! Keep up the good work. I admire the design, I rely on its reliability, and I much appreciate the service it provides. Now, if the FCC would just expand this to the entire Do Not Call List!! Because their list is generally ignored by the aggravators & scammers, your technology and better/faster effort by FCC to add numbers to the list, would give America have an enforced system! FCC should have paid you an award 20 times greater for your devising a solution they could not. Many Thanks!

It's great so far! I was getting so many of those calls, particularly in the evening hours, and Nomorobo has helped to make my evenings more peaceful without constant interruption from unwanted calls!
