I am so happy I found out about Nomorobo when we started our business. We were getting robocalls on the busy customer service phone line multiple times a day. This service has been a godsend since I signed up last February. I had been getting up to 8 robocalls a day and it is now obvious that most of them who had been trying to get thru using multiple numbers, different caller ID's, and sequential calls have given up. I recommended it to a few relatives over Thanksgiving weekend. I am grateful to have Nomorobo to prevent so many annoying calls from coming thru! It took a while to get it installed on TWC, then another time period till I got any calls to screen. So glad I persevered with the help of Betty Lin-Fisher of Akron Beacon Journal. Some of my calls are stopped after 2 rings, rather than one - but that's great! I seldom get robo calls, but still report when I do. Thank you for coming up with this.
