This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

Every time my phone rings once and then no more rings, it' like heaven! Before Nomorobo I'd listen to it ring over and over and over until they stopped. As soon as I saw this on my local CBS station (KMOV - St. Louis) I immediately signed up and have been singing it's praises to anyone who'd listen. I love it! I smile when the phone rings once and not again. I know Nomorobo is at work! Some companies use robots to call to confirm appts, etc. I thought this might be a problem, but it is not. I actually get a phone call from a real human confirming appointments .

I work from home and my clients are all across the country. I used to be in fear of picking up a call only to have it be a robocall!
