And because of that, sir, we came up with the net metering program, which is looking to save people up to 50% in their electricity bill. Did you hear of this program before? Oh, by the way, I wanted to ask, do you speak Spanish? Abluste Espanol? Because I don't know if you are okay.

I thought I liked it at first. But soooooo many calls get through! The other day it was 3 in one hour. Why is that??????And almost never get the single ring that signifies a blocked call.
