I work nights and would often be woken during the day by continuous calls from Telemarketers. Some would call 4-6 times one after the other. Often 12-15 unanswered calls a day. They were relentless. I admire the design, I rely on its reliability, and I much appreciate the service it provides. Now, if the FCC would just expand this to the entire Do Not Call List!! Because their list is generally ignored by the aggravators & scammers, your technology and better/faster effort by FCC to add numbers to the list, would give America have an enforced system!
