This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

You have no idea the amount of calls we used to get. The "do not call" list was a waste of time. Then I heard about Nomorobo. It has been outstanding. I counted 17 calls in a 5 day period. My husband and I do a "happy dance" every time we hear 1 ring and then it stops. We smile and say "Nomorobo is working again"! I even put it on my 87 year old mom's phone line. I LOVE it! I have shared Nomorobo with other friends and family but it seems you have to be using ATT-Uverse to enable it. Not sure about other carriers but my elderly parents have just AT&T and they can not sign up. :-(
