Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?

Love it! One ring and it stops those annoying calls. Especially good at meal times when all you have to do is ...wait for it ...wait for it. ..nope no more rings! Yay!

Incredible. We smile, knowingly, when the phone rings ONCE (and one time, only) and the readout displays "Unknown Caller" or 800-***-****. Keep the server room nice and cool, 'cause "revenge is a dish best served cold..." :-)

This is a service of the telephone company, right? They provide the phone service and they are the ones to ensure they are used properly, right?No?The telephone company doesn't care if their service is used by scammers and annoying callers?They provide a Caller ID so we can decide if we want to accept the call? But only if we go to the phone and examine the caller and number? We still gotta go to the phone, right? Why can't somebody just intersept those calls and stop the ringing?Somebody did?! It's a problem that gets worse every year...but a new website promises to change all that.
