I think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.

Seems to work great! the calls we want come through, the rest get blocked after displaying the number on our FIOS TV screen.

My wife and I think it is the best possible thing we have been able to use. Most of the robo calls come in at lunch time or dinner time. I admire the design, I rely on its reliability, and I much appreciate the service it provides. Now, if the FCC would just expand this to the entire Do Not Call List!! Because their list is generally ignored by the aggravators & scammers, your technology and better/faster effort by FCC to add numbers to the list, would give America have an enforced system! FCC should have paid you an award 20 times greater for your devising a solution they could not. Many Thanks!

It's a problem that gets worse every year...but a new website promises to change all that.
