Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?

We signed up for Nomorobo on our 2 landlines as soon as it became available to us, which was a little over a year ago. We cannot thank you enough for making our home robocall-free. We absolutely love the service. Every once in a while, a robocall gets through, but that is rare. On 2 phone lines for more than a year I think maybe a few calls got through. We are totally satisfied with Nomorobo and I have recommended it to others. I am looking forward to the day when this service is available on cell phones. This software has reduced my nuisance calls by at least 75%. This is wonderful because, on average, I receive(d) 6 solicitation calls per day. It was especially helpful during campaign season.It was easy to set up through my cable phone service. Now I can't wait for the rollout of the cell phone blocker.Thank you for a wonderful product!

Nomorobo is wonderful. We were harassed constantly prior to installing Nomorobo. Immediately after installing, the calls nearly ceased. We get very few robo-calls now, and it's wonderful. Thanks for a great service.
