This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

They provide the phone service and they are the ones to ensure they are used properly, right?No?The telephone company doesn't care if their service is used by scammers and annoying callers?They provide a Caller ID so we can decide if we want to accept the call? It feels like we get one call per day with one ring. That indicates to me that Nomorobo has picked it up and blocked it. What a nice relief to have one more phone scammer blocked. Keep up the excellent work.

I am a big fan! One friend told me and me about it and I have been spreading the word to my family and friends. Even my four year old grandson now says, "Thank you Nomorobo" whenever he hears that one ring! Someone needs to come up with something to block the direct dial sales and political calls.
