I work from home and my clients are all across the country. I used to be in fear of picking up a call only to have it be a robocall! Since robocall has been on my phone these call rarely get through now and I can be assured that my clients will get excellent service. I would have to say about 90% of the calls I get in a day are robocalls. I admire the design, I rely on its reliability, and I much appreciate the service it provides. Now, if the FCC would just expand this to the entire Do Not Call List!! Because their list is generally ignored by the aggravators & scammers, your technology and better/faster effort by FCC to add numbers to the list, would give America have an enforced system! FCC should have paid you an award 20 times greater for your devising a solution they could not. Many Thanks!
