It's great, however, we still get one ring before robocall rejects the unwanted call. It cuts down on the annoyance but I sure wish it would eliminate that one ring.

Love it. But it also blocks calls that are dialed from a saved phone directory (my elder Dad does not remember my number but has it saved in his phone as a favorite). These calls are also blocked. Would like to be able to provide a list of numbers that are allowed regardless of how they are dialed.

This is a service of the telephone company, right? They provide the phone service and they are the ones to ensure they are used properly, right?No?The telephone company doesn't care if their service is used by scammers and annoying callers?They provide a Caller ID so we can decide if we want to accept the call? But only if we go to the phone and examine the caller and number? We still gotta go to the phone, right? Why can't somebody just intersept those calls and stop the ringing?Somebody did?! I love it--probably kicks 6 plus calls a day for us. One ring is a lot better than four and then the answering machine going off. I have recommended you to many people. Great service and we really appreciate it being available. Thank you!
