Just last week, 8,258 people got Nomorobo protection!

I love this feature but wish it was able to do away with even the 1 ring. There have been instances where a legitimate company was trying to call but we're blocked as a robo call. I've learned to give them my cell number.

This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

I am thrilled with the service! I love the only one ring and it's over!!! It has saved me many steps from running to the living room to see who is calling! Think I may have gained a few pounds due to the loss of that exercise! I even posted you on my Facebook page! You can't tell a machine not to call again!! Not only does the service work nearly flawlessly - no false positives I've been told about - but also it's simple to work with their helpful people to research and add new numbers that should be blocked. I'd be completely happy to pay for the service to make sure it stays online, yet they refused when I offered. Amazing.
