We're going to begin with a project overview presented by Rosa Fleming, our Executive Director of Convention and Event Services, Ro Rosa. I'll pass it to you to get us started off. Hi. Thank you so much. Hi, good evening. My name is Rosa Fleming and as she said, I serve as the Executive Director for Convention and Event Services for the City of Dallas. And I really want to thank you for joining us for the start of our summer 2025 design engagement for the new and expanded K. Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. This teletown hall is part of our continued and ongoing effort to make sure community voices are reflected in how this project begins to take shape. So tonight you'll hear a brief update about where we are in the process, and you'll have a chance to respond to a few short questions that will help guide us as we continue with the work ahead. So earlier this year, we held a citywide update where we shared what we call Concept 15 as the final site orientation for the expanded convention center. The decision came after reviewing more than 16 different layout options between 2021.
