Not only does the service work nearly flawlessly - no false positives I've been told about - but also it's simple to work with their helpful people to research and add new numbers that should be blocked. I think it's GREAT! I almost got rid of my landline because of the annoying calls, thanks to nomorerobo calls I've decided to keep it. Can't wait until we have this for our cell phones and also when we can block the political calls.

Works as advertised. In conjunction with blocked calling via Time Warner, my junk call load is down 95%. Until our bought and paid for and or/incompetent legislatures do their jobs, I'm sticking with you guys. In other words, for the forseeable future.
