Not only does the service work nearly flawlessly - no false positives I've been told about - but also it's simple to work with their helpful people to research and add new numbers that should be blocked. I think Nomorobo is the best for blocking unwanted calls. I had this service for a couple of years, but we moved to an area not supported by Verizon FIOS and are now unable to subscribe to Nomorobo.
