I'm hosting a telephone town hall and I'm answering people's questions right here on the phone about what comes next for our communities and what comes next for Texas. Thanks for joining my live telephone town hall where we can talk about what's going on in our community and also what is happening here in Congress in Washington, D.C. before we get started, I want you to make sure you know how to ask me a question live during this town hall. But before we get to it, because I know there's more people logging on, I just want to talk a little bit about some of the most important issues we're working on right now in D.C. just about an hour ago, I voted against the House Republican proposal that really gets to the heart of what's happening in Washington right now. This House Republican proposal that was opposed by the Democrats on the House floor was going to continue to allow and actually to supercharge Donald Trump and Elon Musk's slashing of programs for children, veterans, seniors and working Americans. And the proposal by the House Republicans was going to continue demolishing those programs for working American.

I can't tell you how much pleasure it is to here the phone ring only once, knowing that Nomorobo has again successfully shut down another annoying robocall. Before Nomorobo, I particularly hated the ones that would call and then, when you answered, you would hear silence and then they would disconnect. Now I just have a "GOTCHA!" moment. If everyone had this service, they would have to go away.

It is wonderful. I smile everytime a call gets bounced with only one ring. I love this service.

It's an ok service although it hasn't been as effective as advertised. It is only blocking 50% of the calls to my landline. I guess that's an improvement but not what I expected.Some of the numbers that get through are listed as "private" - that is, no caller id information is given. These calls should be blocked too. If there's no caller id info the call should be blocked.

We used to get two or three calls a day. Now we just get one ring per call and then peace! Yet doctors offices reiminding us of appointments still get through. Amazing technology!

I love it! I hear that first ring, followed by silence and just sit and smile!! It's awesome! And I've recommended it several times!

Fantastic - in our area we get the telemarketing calls every winter season - Nomorobo stops them cold.
