He just finished a listening tour in ward f and is now hosting a telephone town hall to share what he learned and take your questions. To participate, stay on the line or press one on your phone's keypad. Now, this call may be recorded, paid for by Jim McGreevey for mayor. Hi, I'm calling with Jim McGreevy. Skyrocketed. And how did this happen when you had all this development downtown? And then, you know, why did costs go up so much in terms of Jersey City? So affordability?
