This is a highly effective service. It has blocked so many calls to my home phone. At first I checked every call that didn't make it, worrying important calls might be blocked. Each and every time it was a spammer. I still have a few that get through once in a while. It is terrific. I have recommended it to friends and family; unfortunately, some have Comcast and cannot make use of this wonderful program. The only thing better than the one ring--which is music to my ears--would be no rings. Who knows, maybe someday?
