Hi, this is Congresswoman ███████████. I'm calling to invite you to join a telephone town hall that I'm holding right now. I wanted to give you a few updates on what's happening in ████████████████ and take some questions directly from you. So just stay on the line to be connected. If you can't join the call tonight, but you still have concerns you'd like to address, please contact my office by calling ████████████. That's ███████. Again, it's Congresswoman ███████████, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks so much. Take care. Please hold while we connect you to your Access Live event. The Access Live event is currently in Music hold and will start momentarily. Please note this call may be monitored, recorded or rebroadcast. Sam. Hello and good evening. This is Congresswoman ███████████. I just wanted to welcome everyone and to say thank you so much for taking some time tonight. Even if you're on just for a few minutes or if you stick with us for the whole hour, I'm just glad you're here. This is by far the best way for us to reach literally thousands of people all at one time and to do it in the evening when most people are home. And, and we can take as many questions as we can. And then if we don't get to your question, we will for sure make sure we connect you with a staff member and we get your contact information. We can write you back, but just to go over a few formalities in the beginning, if you do want to ask a question, press Star three. That's how you can get in line to ask a question. And again, we'll get as many as we can and then we'll have some people follow up if we don't get to your question. If you want to sign up for our newsletter, Press Star 6. That's an important point, just because we work hard on our newsletter every week. This is myvoice. I help my staff write it every single week. It's a summary of the things we've done in ██████████ and what we're doing in the District. And it's a good way just for me to communicate with all of you again in my voice. There's media and everything else out there, but if you want to hear directly from me, then star6 to sign up for our weekly newsletter. For those of you who already get it, thank you so much for reading it. We really do spend a lot of time that's the best way we can communicate. And then there's always social media as well. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, all those platforms as well. So please sign up if you're a social media user, but at Star3 to ask a question. So while we're starting to get questions, I just wanted to talk about the things that I prioritize every day. And again, it's a privilege of a lifetime for me to be able to be in this position, to be able to represent the people from the 2nd congressional district, ███████████████████████. I think of you all. I think of the different opinions and trust me, there's a wide variety out there. But every time I have the privilege of hitting a voting button, I think of what do the people in my district want me to do and the things that I'm focused on. Really. Two priorities I would say right now. The first priority, which is mine, but I share with my colleagues and that's finding ways that we can put legislation in place that help you to keep the hard earned money that you have actually in your bank accounts and in your pocketbooks. I am a firm believer that the government does not know best how to spend your money. I want you to keep as much money as you have, knowing that you are a good sort of your hard earned money. And so we want to make sure that we are keeping tax burdens low, that we are keeping the government out of your life, the regulatory burdens low, so you don't feel government and that you are certainly not paying just surplus of taxes which we see rearing its ugly head on the state side, on the federal side. But we're doing what we can here in ████ and I'll talk through some of the things we did in the working families tax plan, which is another name for the one big beautiful bill we passed last year. That's my first priority, really. Just that pocketbook piece and making sure again, you keep your money. The second thing that really motivates me and gets me out of bed in the morning is thinking about our families, thinking about.
