Of course, want to begin by mentioning talking about the government shutdown that we're in and I said earlier about what's happening or what's not happening in ████ and I just want to say that this has gone on far too long. We're now on day ██ of the government shutdown. It's now reached that officially sort of dark designation as the longest shutdown in history. But the unfortunate thing is this is a government shutdown that should never have happened. It did not need to have happened. It's unnecessary. And I just want to give you a little background and, and explain why I say that the way this works is our fiscal year ends on █████████ 30th of each year. So ███████ 1st was the beginning of our new fiscal year. And except for what are considered emergency or essential services, without funding appropriated by the legislature and signed by the president, the federal government can't spend money. Again, there's a huge exception for safety and security on a lot of other things that are considered essential we have to do. But generally the federal government is only doing what's absolutely necessary and essential if we don't have the funding in place. And I'll to be honest with you, I think the federal funding process in ████ is completely broken. It hasn't worked the way it should for decades. And we've been working hard to try to bring back what we call regular order.
