We are delighted that she is with us to share the latest news about Medicare today. ███████, to start the conversation off with our members, could you tell us a little bit about SHP and S and P for those callers who may be less familiar with these programs and how they work? Sure, ███████, and thank you for that introduction. So as you said, we are a service from the State of Iowa's Insurance Division. We actually work with federal funding from the Department of Health and Human Services through acl and actually every state and territory in the ██ Has a SHP and an S and P program. And on the ship side, what we do is help Iowans with questions and problems related to Medicare and health insurance. So that's something that's particularly relevant right now. We've actually been operating ship and providing that service for over ██ years. It's an anniversary year for us then. On the S and P side, what we do is help Iowans avoid being victims of Medicare fraud, errors and abuse and we also assist them if they have been impacted by that. All of the services that we provide are free, confidential and objective and we actually work through a network of local organizations. A lot of these are hospitals or clinics and they actually sponsor ship SMP volunteer counselors in their communities. We have about ███ sponsor sites right now and over ███ volunteer counselors that have been trained and are ready to provide assistance to Iowans. Last year alone, our amazing counselors actually helped over ██
