“A Package Has Been Seized…”
It starts with a call that sounds official:
“Hi, this is U.S. Customs and Border Protection. A package has been seized and confiscated under your name. Press 1 now to avoid being arrested.”

The setup: A threatening message claiming your name is tied to a confiscated package.
