In North Carolina. We want to hear your questions. It's free to participate, so just stay on the line. To join. Thank you. Paid for by NCDHs 919-877-6805. Around that you want to try. To really slow it down. Be aware. So for me, I'm going to watch out for. Obviously, some of the big ones like sleep, so I'm not getting enough sleeping too much. If I'm weight gain, weight loss, but also for me, I've recognized the things that normal tasks would take me five minutes, and now all of a sudden, it's taking me 30, 45 minutes. They're piling up or something like that, or my wife will definitely tell me if. I'm being irritable. Those are definitely things that I'm going to notice. And I can be on the lookout for so that. I kind of. I'm going to try to reach out for help then. But also I have those people around me that can say, like, hey, it's maybe time. To reach out. Thank you so much for sharing that, Noah. Natasha, I want to talk a little bit about our young people, our teens and our youth. And we know that our young people. Definitely struggle with their mental health, just like adults do. What can you tell us about ways to support kids and teens in North Carolina? Great question. I think the first thing is recognizing that. Our society is different. The world that we grew up in. Is not the world that our young people are living in today. They have more exposure to the Internet. They have. To deal with bullying and academic stress and stress that may come with sports and increase in violence. The world is different. So that's important for us to recognize as adults because. In us working with the young people. We have to understand that. what worked for us will not work for them and we have to begin

You have no idea the amount of calls we used to get. The "do not call" list was a waste of time. Then I heard about Nomorobo. It has been outstanding. I counted 17 calls in a 5 day period. We get one ring, then nothing! Keep up the good work. ( it's a shame you can't get rid of the political calls) never met anyone who changed their vote after an annoying phone call.
