The rates are only locked for up to 30 days, sometimes 60, if you're lucky and that's normally more expensive. So again, call me that way. We can even talk about cash out. This is the last time you're going to refinance. Rates are going to be back in the fours and fives by summer. Those are normal rates we've been spoiled, so my number again is 714-987-2909.
