Last month, just a couple of weeks ago now and I was proud to travel to ██████████████ on there. One with air force one with him. So with that, let me turn it back over to our callers. Senator, I know that you just mentioned the Save America act being one of the most important pieces of legislation that our country has seen in decades. Can you elaborate on the importance of that bill for our listeners? █████. Like I said, in a normal world, This would not be controversial. There'd be strong bipartisan support. All it does is make sure that American citizens only can vote. And it requires voter ID for people to cast a ballot at the polling place. So this has already been wall in red states like █████. And in many good states they allow much more wax voting without any real proof of American citizenship or human identity. So this would require federal law that would make that mandatory in all ██ states, plus the ████████████████████. I know. Making sure that only American citizens could vote is critical. Again, this should be non controversial. I know President █████ has said this is his number one priority. I'm encouraged not only by my support of the bill initially. I think that was one of the very first co sponsors of the bill. But also by urging Senator █████, the majority leader, to put this on the floor. As soon as possible. And it looks like that's going to happen next week, which is a welcome development. It's amazing to me that Senator ███████ and Democrats, of course, have reflexively opposed anything that President █████ supports. You may recall during the State of the Union, President █████ asked people to stand if they supported law enforcement and public safety rather than illegal immigrants. And all the Democrats sat on their hands. All Republicans stood and applauded. And then when it comes to what's happening in ████, Democrats flexibly take the side of the number one state sponsor of terrorism. As American blood on its hands. It just really mind boggling to me. But that's where we are. So next week, we will turn to the American Save America act, and we'll see where everybody stands. With any luck, we'll get this pass to the president's desk. Absolutely.
