This is DHS funding the Department of Homeland Security they're funding and what's happening with it. A couple things I want to talk about with dhs. What the Democrats have planted their flag on is to try to defund the ICE agents, which is actually not possible because of the one big beautiful bill that we passed through reconciliation. It actually put mandatory funding in for Border Patrol agents and ICE agents to enforce their immigration policy for almost four years. And so there's no way that the Democrats, by shutting DHS and defunding it, can actually stop that funding because it's put into mandatory spending. So what has the Democrats shut down by refusing to do appropriations on dhs. And technically it's not shut down because we're working off a short term cr. But if we don't come up with a deal by Friday evening, then it will either shut down or we'll have to do another cr. But what has the Democrats done since they can't stop the ICE agents from still doing their job, which why would we want them to stop enforcing the nation's laws or the Border Patrol from enforcing border security? But you know, I'm not in their camp. I'm with President █████ and appreciate what he's doing to secure our border and make our streets safe again. So what is it? What funding cuts out then if they decide not to fund dhs? Well, fema. With all the disasters that we have coming into spring, especially with tornado season coming around the corner, FEMA grants FEMA employees and the response time to disaster areas. It won't be available. Our Coast Guard kind of important, especially the drug war we're having right now and trying to keep these narco boats from reaching our shores. They also won't be funding TSA agents. All of us that fly like I did today coming up From ████████ to ████ our TSA agents once again won't be getting paid if we don't continue their funding. And Secret Service won't be funded. Which, you know, there's a little bit of a threat on the president's life. I hope that's not by design, but it's kind of interesting that they're willing to defund that. And then you start talking about what's going on with our air traffic controllers. There's a certain amount of air traffic controllers that get paid through Department of Homeland, and some of their funding comes through that. So they planted their flag on something they can't do. But yet it's not about actually what they get accomplished. It's about the political theater that they stir up with their base thinking and making it look like they fight. They're fighting. And then the SAVE Act. A lot of questions you've been hearing a lot about the SAVE act, like, what is the actual SAVE Act?
