By bringing experience, not just experimentation to this, we can turn our state around together. I'm a combat veteran. I flew ███ hours combat in Operation Iraqi Freedom. I graduated from West Point and I understand what it means to make life and death decisions in a split second. And when you talk about the experience required to make sure we can keep Michiganders safe and also make sure that we can lead and prepare for issues that we don't even know are problems yet. Having combat experience is probably one of those skill sets that would benefit the state of Michigan. Also I'm a business leader. I helped grow my family's business that started off with one truck, one trailer and no excuses back in ████ with my father and I grew it from about ██ million to a nine figure company growing from ███ to ███ jobs in a little bit over a decade. I've signed the front and the back of a check. I understand what it feels like to have an overburdensome government with regulatory environment that stifles innovation, that crushes job creators and a tax environment that hurts individuals from their personal taxes but also property taxes. Understanding what it takes to grow business in the state of ████████ is exactly what we need to make sure that everyone can grow and prosperity and put more money back into their pockets and not send it to to to ███████. And then finally I'm delivering representing Michigan from the 10th congressional district, all of ████████. Among the things that I've done is improve investments for our Great Lakes and protecting our Great lakes by making sure that we protect our parental rights. And just today I got passed through committee my bill App Store accountability to hold Big Tech accountable for hurting our children. I believe very, very strongly that parents have know and our children's innocence should be protected. Big Tech should not be an exception to the rules that we hold bars and corner stores to. They should not be able to sell adult or addictive material to our children. And if they do, they should be held accountable. These are things that I'm currently doing and these are things that I'm going to be doing as governor. I truly believe that if we focus on the fundamentals, if we focus on academic excellence and we focus on economic mobility, public safety, accountable government and healthy families, these are the types of things in getting the government out of the way that will help to make our state prosperous again by putting the control back at the local level, by trusting the people. Because frankly, I don't trust a government that doesn't trust me. ████████████████ has turned ███████ into a hotbed for corruption, which is the reason why I led this campaign with my ethics and anti corruption agenda, which will also do two things.
