The frequency of call is drastically reduced, and when the phone rings 9 of 10 it is a call we are happy to take. I LOVE it! I have shared Nomorobo with other friends and family but it seems you have to be using ATT-Uverse to enable it. Not sure about other carriers but my elderly parents have just AT&T and they can not sign up. :-(
