Just last week, 8,275 people got Nomorobo protection!
IT SUCKS !!!! I signed up for it and found that the phone ringing one time was more annoying than allowing it to ring until I answer it. Once I answer the phone, I have the opportunity to waste their time by playing along with them for up to 20 minutes before they catch on. I tried to cancel NOMOROBO on my phone a few months ago and I still have to put up with the "ONE RING" CRAP. Can you PLEASE take me off of your list??????? My number is 228 3927513
— Richard B, Nov 29th, 9:25amSo far so good, Im new to it
— Anonymous, Nov 29th, 9:28amGreat service, and I'm enjoying a good chunk of those 70,000 calls you block every day. The only improvement I can recommend is some way to mute the single ring that you're unable to stop. Guests sometimes ask why our phone rings only once, which does give us the opportunity to explain your service. Keep up the good work.
— Dave P, Nov 29th, 9:28amI love it. It has greatly cut my junk calls. I still get some when they change numbers. I hope you track those as well. Happy Holidays!
— Dave, Nov 29th, 9:52amOverall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?
— Jon K, Nov 29th, 9:57amI think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.
