Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?— Jon K, Nov 29th, 9:57am

I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". Great! We love to hear the 'no-mo-robo' sound of one, single ring. It makes us smile all over. If a call is not a nomorobo call, we wait until just after the third ring, picking up the receiver just before the fourth ring. Any unwanted callers usually hang up before the fourth ring. Makes life much better.Love it. Have mentioned it to countless people. Some of them however, can't seem to get it due to their provider (Xfinity I believe.) Hope that changes in the future.
