I work from home and my clients are all across the country. I used to be in fear of picking up a call only to have it be a robocall! Since robocall has been on my phone these call rarely get through now and I can be assured that my clients will get excellent service. I would have to say about 90% of the calls I get in a day are robocalls. I recommended it to a few relatives over Thanksgiving weekend. I am grateful to have Nomorobo to prevent so many annoying calls from coming thru! It took a while to get it installed on TWC, then another time period till I got any calls to screen. So glad I persevered with the help of Betty Lin-Fisher of Akron Beacon Journal. Some of my calls are stopped after 2 rings, rather than one - but that's great! I seldom get robo calls, but still report when I do. Thank you for coming up with this.

This software has reduced my nuisance calls by at least 75%. This is wonderful because, on average, I receive(d) 6 solicitation calls per day. It was especially helpful during campaign season.It was easy to set up through my cable phone service. Now I can't wait for the rollout of the cell phone blocker.Thank you for a wonderful product!

I love the concept but it does not work 100% - one initially the program was designed to block the calls from even ringing. Now when I get the calls - my phone rings one time. That one time is annoying and I never know when the phone rings is it a blocked call or a real call starting to come in. I have to pause to see which one. I still get the scammers come in, since they have also outsmarted the system by changing their numbers to local or hijacked phone numbers and ids. Overall I am glad to have such a system but it needs work.
