I think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.

I am thrilled with the service! I love the only one ring and it's over!!! It has saved me many steps from running to the living room to see who is calling! Think I may have gained a few pounds due to the loss of that exercise! I even posted you on my Facebook page! You can't tell a machine not to call again!! And yes, I was on the do not call register!!

I and my wife just love it. It rings once and bam there gone. Only one minor problem. I'm getting calls from the same caller over and over again. This in minor to me because it still blocks them an only rings once. I can't thank you enough. We installed the app just before election time, and let me tell you it blocked a lot of calls. This has been an absolutely wonderful service. The phone is mine again to use as I like. I now wait for the second ring before even looking at the phone. So much peace. No interrupted meals anymore. Even the political and scam calls couldn't get through, how peaceful.
