  • Transcript Hello. May I please speak to Alan? Hello. Can I please speak to Alan? Hi, this is Stacey with keepro. This call could be recorded for quality and training purposes. And I'm calling Ms. Williams appeal decision. You called us for an appeal on giving you the determination for Edna Williams, and the physician agrees with discharge. So she did not win the appeal. Do want me to give you the second appeal? So she does have a right for a second appeal? It could be up to 14 days. But if that second physician also agrees with discharge, liability would still remain September 25. That means private pay. So do you want the second appeal? Okay, I'm going to go ahead and put it in there now for you, and we will give you a call with that determination. Okay, sir. Okay, so we will give you a call with that determination. Have a good day.

Just last week, 8,274 people got Nomorobo protection!

Fantastic! That single ring, while it initially makes you pay attention, its so nice to just have silence after that. I've recommended nomorobo to several friends, but they all have a phone service that doesn't use it.

I don't know how anyone could live without this wonderful programming in the world of today! A million thanks for the caring and determination you put into this for all people, everywhere. While there is still much to be done on the scamming front...calls to my home from Robo sources average about 75 -80% of all my calls. Those folks calling blocks of numbers at one time and single Robo calls have finally met their match and I finally have some long needed peace! I recommend it every chance I get to everyone I know!

I love Nomorobo! It has improved my families quality of life ten fold. I'm not longer stressed and overwhelmed by having to manage those unwanted robo calls. It is easy to setup and does all the work for you. I have recommended it to all my family and friends. Thank you Nomorobo!

We laugh every time the phone rings and the number on the CID is one we don't know and there isn't a second ring. Can't wait for the cell application come out.

Nomorobo has brought telephone peace to our home. I've recommended this to many of our friends. Thank you

One ringy-dingy and "Zap!" The robocalls disappear! And this was during election season. Love it!

I love it! It gives e peace of mind and contentment.

It's a great program and certainly alleviates, to a degree, some of the pains of crank calls. I';m sure you are aware the fed " do not call "system seems to be broken because it does not handle these calls as it should. Good luck and thanks for being a group concerned with spam calls.

The number of frustrating robocalls is exploding, but there are more options than ever to fight back
