I can't tell you how much pleasure it is to here the phone ring only once, knowing that Nomorobo has again successfully shut down another annoying robocall. Before Nomorobo, I particularly hated the ones that would call and then, when you answered, you would hear silence and then they would disconnect. Now I just have a "GOTCHA!" moment. I think it is fantastic and it has quietened the phone calls almost to nothing even during the election. Congratulations on a great tool for stopping mid-meal, mid-viewing extremely annoying robocalls. Combined with my 'no call" list peace reigns !! I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo".
