Just last week, 8,274 people got Nomorobo protection!
It is the best invention
— Patricia, Nov 29th, 10:00amBig decline in robo calls since I signed up
— Lenny O, Nov 29th, 10:01amI smile every time the phone rings once and then stops because I know Nomorobo is handling another annoying robocall so I don't have to.
— Paul, Nov 29th, 10:05amI think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.
— Carol S, Nov 29th, 10:05amI thought I liked it at first. But soooooo many calls get through! The other day it was 3 in one hour. Why is that??????And almost never get the single ring that signifies a blocked call.
— Jude, Nov 29th, 10:28amThe greatest thing since Private telephone numbers and no more Party Lines. We chuckle every time a call is blocked, knowing that we didn't need to get up from what we were was doing. I keep an updated record of all unwanted calls my Call Blocking Phone and of those my friends at NOMOROBO, block for us. Interesting stuff, many thanks...
— George, Nov 29th, 10:44amIt's a great program and certainly alleviates, to a degree, some of the pains of crank calls. I';m sure you are aware the fed " do not call "system seems to be broken because it does not handle these calls as it should. Good luck and thanks for being a group concerned with spam calls.
— Ken W, Nov 29th, 11:26amWow... no longer have to stand up to answer phone at dinner time! and hike up or down stairs to catch an unwanted call.
