Put this on my parents phone, so they would not try to jump out of there chair and run to the phone to try and answer it. They are elderly, so not only the security side and scam protection, but the possible fall prevention from them trying to run and get some ridiculous phone call. I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo".
