Just last week, 8,273 people got Nomorobo protection!
Has been terrific. We really enjoy the peace and quiet
— Rick, Nov 29th, 9:15amLove it cuts off so many of those calls. Thank you
— Wolf, Nov 29th, 9:33amThere is NO ONE like you guys! You're BEYOND PHENOMINAL!
— Dick J, Nov 29th, 9:38amFirst off, I just want to say Thank You! While not perfect, Nomorobo is still by far the best thing I have found to help deal with the endless BS calls from the wide assortment of scumbags and scammers who chose to torment us with their useless and unwanted calls at all hours of the day and night. Yes, some calls get through, until those numbers end up getting caught by Nomorobo, but this is a small price to pay for the peace of mind and lack of aggravation that is gained by the majority of calls being intercepted. As an individual with mobility issues, I can't express how much better it is with Nomorobo, to not have to jump up every time the phone rings, thinking it may be a call from family or friends, only to find out it was some d*ckhead from 1000 miles away, trying to con me into buying an extended automobile warranty or some other crap-tastic scam. I can now calmly wait to see if the call gets rejected after the first ring, before having to struggle to reach the phone, knowing that in most instances that call will be a legitimate call. The Nomorobo service has been extremely effective for us, and I tell others about it all the time. I hope that this service remains free of charge, as I feel that it is an added insult to have to pay for a service to keep from being harassed, scammed, and otherwise being victimized by the low life's of the world who chose the telephone as their weapon of choice to assault their victims. To be charged for the Nomorobo service, well, I liken that to having to pay for the police to show up at your house when a similar attempt at scamming you has been made in person. Please, continue to keep this service free for the benefit of all, I'm sure there is a way for you to monetize Nomorobo, without placing that burden on it's users. Again, thank you for the Nomorobo service, I can't express how much it has helped to keep the tele-scum at bay in our household!
— John, Nov 29th, 10:04amI think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.
— Carol S, Nov 29th, 10:05amNomorobo has been a blessing in our house where we watch 2 young boys. One ring and gone, no chasing the phone instead of the boys.Only issue is some other Time Warner Customers hear only one ring at their end and assume they lost a connection. The phone in our house keeps on ringing. Regular callers have been informed of this issue and they wait us out.
— Francis H, Nov 29th, 10:32amGood, but still too many calls come thru to my home phone. And during election season its overwhelming. You have to tighten up/expand your blocking filters.
— Allen G, Nov 29th, 10:44ama great app, and it's free!
— Dan M, Nov 29th, 10:48am
