It's wonderful not receiving so many dinnertime phone calls, especially during political elections.— Joyaustin, Nov 29th, 10:45am
Love it!— Darlene, Nov 29th, 11:07am
It works extremely well. Now and then I report a robo call that was missed. That reporting feature works well also. It's all very good and my family loves the fact that unwanted computer generated calls no longer bother us. Actually it helps cut down the robo calls because apparently many of the robo callers give up calling as time goes by.— Ronald K, Nov 29th, 11:21am
I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". I would appreciate your comments— George M, Nov 29th, 11:58am
