  • Transcript Hello this is an important message regarding your federal student loan being serviced by now that Navy and or similar loan services the government has mandated that all third party loan servicers notify their clients of government forgiveness programs available through the Department of Education your servicer does not directly offer forgiveness programs and has failed to notify its clients this call is being made for compliance reasons if you have your F.S.A. ID number and want to check eligibility press 5 if you need help retrieving it press 7.

I wish it would not ring once when a robo call comes in. Can't the call be completely blocked instead?

We use Comcast for phone, TV, internet & Verizon for cell service (no smart phone.) Can't get NOMOROBO! Grrr!
