I can tell when it's working. I only here one ring then I don't even have to look at the phone and I don't have empty messages in my voice mail box. I know Nomorobo has just saved me from another annoying call.

This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

I think it's the best invention ever! Since I retired, I've been amazed at the number of calls during the day, not to mention at night up until 9:00 pm. I love Nomorobo! I loved "robo" while it worked but, a few months ago, we had no incoming calls. I contacted our phone co. (Optimum) and they discovered ALL our calls were being sent to "robo". They advised switching call forwarding to "off". They reset the modem and the problem was solved. After a few weeks, I reestablished "robo"--it worked for about a month when the same problem occurred. After Optimum again corrected the problem, I never switched back to "robo". I would appreciate your comments
