Thanks for making Nomorobo an important and useful option. It is a shame that Verizon (Mid Atlantic Maryland) no longer provides a similar service as they once did.It seems the phone company has a preference in favor of commerical interests over residential customers regarding robocall blocking. I have benefited by the 'one ring cut-off' of robocallers but wish it was a "no-ring". You provide a customer service that easily surpasses the phone company or government protection against such increasing intrusions on privacy.— Jeff W, Nov 29th, 9:46am

I think it has helped, but quite a few numbers (including Gallup) get through with a single ring, which is less annoying than talking to them, but very annoying, nonetheless because these callers tend to call every day. I suspect this has something to do with the fact that I use Vonage SimulRing to call my home and cell at the same time, but I'm not sure. I've learned that reporting a problem has no effect (but, heck, you're offering a free service, so ...), which I why I didn't bother.Of course, the 2014 political campaign season was still unbearable, and I don't look forward to 2016, but I think your service is a great help, and I appreciate it.— Carol S, Nov 29th, 10:05am

Nomorobo has been a blessing in our house where we watch 2 young boys. One ring and gone, no chasing the phone instead of the boys.Only issue is some other Time Warner Customers hear only one ring at their end and assume they lost a connection. The phone in our house keeps on ringing. Regular callers have been informed of this issue and they wait us out.— Francis H, Nov 29th, 10:32am
