I'm calling because the updated plan for Medicare has been released, and it may give you some better access to things like dental, vision, hearing, and OvertheCounter benefits. Now, these benefits aren't automatically given, so we're calling to make sure that you're actually getting everything that you you're entitled to. There's also an additional benefit where you may qualify to get up to $148 a month as cash back through your Social Security, depending on your income. Now, I believe you do have Medicare Part A and B, correct?

I'm sure a lot of calls are blocked , but I still get calls under the 800 umbrella and "unknown name" and a few others! Lately I have received scam calls from the "IRS" in three different versions! So no, I am not impressed with your ap, it needs improving!

Overall I am very happy with your service. However, I want to point out that it is not 100% effective. Specifically, during the election season from about September through the election in early November, we noticed that robocalls for political surveys frequently got through your technology. Of course, now that the elections are over, we are no longer being bothered. But, is there some reason why those calls could not be stopped?
