Great service, and I'm enjoying a good chunk of those 70,000 calls you block every day. The only improvement I can recommend is some way to mute the single ring that you're unable to stop. Thanks for making Nomorobo an important and useful option. It is a shame that Verizon (Mid Atlantic Maryland) no longer provides a similar service as they once did.It seems the phone company has a preference in favor of commerical interests over residential customers regarding robocall blocking. I have benefited by the 'one ring cut-off' of robocallers but wish it was a "no-ring". You provide a customer service that easily surpasses the phone company or government protection against such increasing intrusions on privacy.— Jeff W, Nov 29th, 9:46am

Can't thank you enough. For many, many years I was unvaryingly protective of our unlisted number and all that went out the window with robocall technology. Recently, after slamming the phone down on my third automated call just that afternoon, I did some online research. I had already contacted my phone provider and our congress representative which was met with shoulder shrugs and sympathy. I found your site, did some exploring and found that it does seem to be a reputable company. I haven't received one robo call since I signed on with you. Not one. I really can't thank you enough.
