This has been a huge help to us. I have a question. We get quite a few calls where the phone rings once and no one is there. There is not a record of who called on Called ID. Could these be robo calls that did not get blocked in time? Is it a problem with Comcast?

It works extremely well. Now and then I report a robo call that was missed.That reporting feature works well also. It's all very good and my family loves the fact that unwanted computer generated calls no longer bother us. Actually it helps cut down the robo calls because apparently many of the robo callers give up calling as time goes by.

The 2014 mid term elections were a pleasure this year. Nomorobo gave me the freedom to exercise my right to vote without a single call from the robo election unending calls. Yes, that's right. Love it. I use Vonage which supports Simulcall allowing me to make use of it. Would like to know how to report number to Nomorobo for possible inclusion. Currently I just add them to my CallBlockList on my phone.
